Purchased products and Licensed Software is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the transaction.
Monthly Outreach subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refund for the current month will be provided.
Custom Service work is performed on a time and materials basis. No refund for these services will be provided. However, McKerin Software warrants that services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. Customer can report any deficiencies in the Services to McKerin Software in writing within 30 days of performance to receive warranty remedies. For breach of this limited warranty, Customer's exclusive remedy and McKerin Software's entire liability will be, at McKerin Software's option, either (a) re-performance of the deficient Services in a timely manner, or (b) refund of the fees paid to McKerin Software for the deficient Services, in which case Customer will return all tangible evidence of work performed.
